LMC Landscape Partners Announces Strategic Expansion in Houston and Central Florida

LMC Landscape Partners (“LMC”), a portfolio company of Trivest Partners (“Trivest”), today announced two strategic transactions that strengthen the company’s presence in Greater Houston and establish its operations in Central Florida. LMC Houston has added experienced landscape professionals, customer relationships, and operational resources from Nash Landscaping, while LMC Landscape Partners has acquired Helping Hand Lawn Care (“Helping Hand”), a full-service commercial landscaping company serving Central Florida.

The Nash acquisition strengthens LMC Houston’s existing market presence and enhances its ability to serve customers throughout Greater Houston, while providing continuity for Nash customers and employees..

Jason McNabb of Nash Landscaping said, “I’m excited about what this next chapter means for our employees and clients. LMC Houston shares our commitment to strong relationships and great service, and I’m confident our team is in good hands.”

Helping Hand has built a strong reputation for quality service and long-standing client relationships. The company provides commercial landscape maintenance, irrigation, pest control, installation and enhancements, and tree care. Helping Hand will continue operating under its existing brand, with its employees and leadership joining LMC’s Florida operations under the leadership of Regional Vice President Steven Brackin. The acquisition establishes LMC’s presence in Central Florida and provides a strong foundation for continued growth in the market.

Reginald Pinard, Helping Hand’s Vice President of Operations, said, “We are excited to join LMC and begin this next chapter with a partner that values our people, our clients, and what we have built. This partnership gives our team additional resources and opportunities while allowing us to continue serving our clients as Helping Hand.”

“These transactions reflect exactly how we intend to grow: by building density in priority markets and partnering with talented local teams that have earned the trust of their customers,” said Trey Brock, Chief Executive Officer of LMC Landscape Partners. “Nash strengthens the capabilities of LMC Houston, while Helping Hand gives us a strong entry point into the Central Florida market. In both cases, our focus is the same – support the people closest to the customer, preserve what has made these businesses successful, and provide the resources to create long-term opportunity for employees and clients.”

Together, the transactions advance LMC’s strategy of strengthening existing priority markets while thoughtfully entering new ones. LMC continues to build strong regional operations across Texas, Florida, and Alabama while investing in the people, resources, and capabilities needed to support long-term, sustainable growth.
